I want you to be delighted with your painting purchase. If you have any issue at all with your purchase, please contact me by email within 3 working days of receiving your item. I offer a 7-day return policy on an original painting, where the item must be returned in the same condition you received it.

Prints:

As your prints are made to order, I do not accept returns. However, if something is damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible as prints are insured and tracked.

Original paintings are sent a separate shipping invoice after purchase in order to get the most up-to-date shipping cost for you. You can request an estimate before purchase by sending which original painting you are interested in (so I know the size and weight) and your full address to kathynettlesar@gmail.com

Once the shipping invoice has been paid, the painting is packed, and we aim for it to be shipped within 5 working days of your order having been received. Your confirmation email will be followed by a tracking number. Orders within the UK are usually shipped using Parcelforce. As a general guide, the price of shipping within the UK is around £30-£35 for small to medium paintings or prints. Larger originals and larger framed prints are transported in the UK via professional art transport companies and cost around £75 - £100.
